How long to i smoke uncooked bratwurst?
until it gets to a safe internal temperature...try not to go by time if you can help it. Temp is the only true indicator of doneness.
Yup... internal temp... probably around 165°, the brat packaging should say on it what temp. to go to. Ball park on my smoker with chamber temps at 225-250 is 2-3 hrs.
