How long to thaw a pair of butts?

I hae a cryopac pair of shoulders (about 11lbs total).
How long to thaw (in fridge) so I can seperate and then cook. Hoping to cook this Saturday early, but that is only 3.5 days.

Should be thawed in that time; make sure you flip them over a couple times a day to get air circulation to all parts and thaw on an upper shelf if possible (slightly warmer). Take note during the thawing process how long it takes, esp. if you can do a thermometer probe after a day or two, and record it in your smoking book for future reference.

I would keep them in the fridge and you should be thawed out by Sat. In a crunch I have put them in the sink with cold water just like I do for turkey on thanksgiving but I prefer to thaw them slowly in the fridge.
