I have some pork tenderloins and ribs soaking in a wet cure with cure#1.
I used an injector to get the mix into the tenderloins. Im sooo impatient ,how long do I need to leave them in there? there sooo tiny.

William, I've never tried a pork tenderloin. I'd guess they do not need to be cured more than a day or two. Especially if they are injected too.
You might try slicing off a piece and frying it up to check the salt content.

Good luck with it, keep us posted on how it goes.

If they be pretty small, I think Cowgirl's about right. A couple days should do it. I just pulled some C.B. out of the dry rub wrap the other day, full side loin, injected with cure- about 3 inches diameter. Was done in 8 days.

I had a small pork loin (can't remember the lbs but think around 6-7) I did overnight once. I had to smoke it or lose it. been awhile---and many smokes later. think i used TQ and overnighted -flipped in morning and smoked mid-afternoon. daughter couldn't get enough.

I would fry up some each day for comparison.
