Usually i do the ribs rubbed, sauced, and in the fridge overnite for some chillin. They do come out pretty good but, i think they can come out better. maby a little firmer in texture, not so "fall off the bone". So, im gonna just rub em, smoke em, and slap on the sauce at the end. Any and all criticism welcomed. Reason being i have a graduation to bbq for in a few months and want to experiment to really impress since we have family coming.
