Decided at the last minute to post this. This is my version of Hot Wings, Grand kids love em.  Went to the store today they had legs and thighs for $ .79 a lb.  Wings were $2.59 a lb.  ???   Anyway we always do legs (more meat)

I cleaned the legs (didn't need much) then put in brine for a few hours.

Rinsed them off patted dry, light coat of EVOO  and salt and pepper

On the grill at about 300º

Turn once or twice until about 3/4 done

Then toss in Franks Hot Wing sauce, then back on the grill

Turn a couple more times

When just about ready toss them again in the franks then back on to finish up.

Around an hour or little more till legs were done.

Also cooked me and the boss a steak   (Legs were for the grandsons )

Everything on the grill

Wife's steak on, mine waiting patiently

Legs about half way

Legs coated  first time

Finished and ready to go

Thanks for Looking

Thank 's  John

They were a big hit as usual.  Crazy how prices are, I guess since wings are so popular that is why they are 3 times higher than legs

VERY FUN!!!!!!

It's great to see such a fabulous use of the grill!!!

The smell, taste, and satisfying sense afterward must have been terrific!!!

Great stuff! Cheers! (What did you DRINK with this)? Come post it in our WINO group! - Leah

Since the legs were for my grandsons they better be drinking Dr, Pepper !!!
