hot wings....cajun style

    Got some drums and wings marinated in 1/2 Tabasco sauce and 1/2 Louisiana wing sauce overnight....waiting on coals to be ready

    great buffalo flavor...the sauce really got sealed into the meat all the way through
     
  7. look great. How did you do them? Directly on the grate or in the pan? What temp and how long?

    Thinking of doing some tomorrow for the games. Thanks!

    marinate in the hot sauce overnight then put them straight on the grate using indirect heat 20 mins on each side

    i usually do half wings and half drums
