hot jerk wings

    made some wings for the game

    rubbed with some extra hot jerk paste overnight

    start on the smoker for aboyt one hour to absorb the smoke

    then finish em on the crill to get em crispy

    Hi Rick

    What is the name of it and I will go online and look it up. I normally either make my own with this recipe or I use Busha Browns which I have a bunch of right now - just would like to compare

    Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Recipe

    Hot and spicy, with a wildly sweet and smokey aroma! It is wonderful on pork, chicken and seafood. This recipe is intended for rotisserie or indirect grilling methods but can also be used for roasting meats in the oven.
