First attempt at ABT's. Philly cream cheese, Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage and a bit of bacon...
I used our electric smoker to make them. 225*, about 2 hours and the bacon was done.Gonna try ABT's for the first time this weekend for Super Bowl party. After reading some other posts it seems like indirect heat is the way to go, but If you have to go direct for a bit to crisp up the bacon will you have the dreaded bacon grease flair up's?
Don't forget, we all love pictures.Yeah my dad has an electric smoker that would be perfect for those. Plus I could get more on there than on my Egg
