Once out of the smoker, did a quick mop with a mix of honey and Jeff's BBQ sauce. Under the broiler for a min on each side.

Those wings look mighty tasty. Send us the location of this boat! I'm with old-school on this one too, we need some fish pics!

Yes did the wings yesterday,  to help feed the crew members and customers of a local Salmon fishing boat out of the Golden Gate Bridge.   Vessel was the Hog Heaven out of Sausalito, CA.  Very slow day to say the least but at least I was one of the chosen ones to have brought one in,  so feeding the Salmon gods paid off.  Looks like the Hog Heaven hasn't posted any pics of today's catch but you will see me about a week ago here if you scroll down and look for me in a red jacket with my Salmon yelling  " I GOT HOOKED!".

Yes the glaze was wonderful  (2/3rd Jeff's sauce and 1/3 honey)

The fish I brought home today will not be cooked or smoked until much later in the year for I still need to consume lots of Salmon we caught last season.

Back to the wings, everyone loved them, especially the skipper and deck hand.  I slightly nuked them in the boat's microwave before serving them.  Since today was a very cold day, some warm chicken was ever so welcomed.
