Holiday Brisket page 2

  1. Continuing on...

    Probed at 4 hours in.

    Pork shots, scallops already gone!

    Sliced up and enjoyed.

    I think I'm getting better with the Lang.  Once she settles down where you want her, she cruises.

    I have to do some traveling for the rest of the month but looking at new recipes to try when i get back.
