has anyone ever tried high temp cheese with no casings ? would it work ?
I think it would...how hot are you planning to smoke it at? I just did some unstuffed snack sticks smoked at 160* for 5 hrs and I bet the cheese would have been fine.

i usually do mine 200 degrees for 2 hrs... i guess im just gonna order the cheese and give it a shot..
