I am new & having a sniff around the place, smells good so far!!!
I am no professional grill man, but have a few great grills that have served me well and manage to turn out cooked meats.
First off, I have a Little Chief smoker and haven't used it lately. I made some beef jerky last year in it.
Then I have my ol stand by, two burner gas Kenmore portable patio BQ with side burner that gets the most use., as there is just two of us to grill for.
Then I have a Commercial Infra-red Char-Broil, 4 burner gas grill with side burner.
And I just bought a two grate charcoal MarshAllan Habachi which turned out some great kabobs for dinner. That lil sweetie is also going to be used on one of my patio tables for night wood burning to relax by! I have an outdoor gas fireplace and a large Chinese style charcoal or wood heater I am going to convert to gas. Nothing like the smell of wood burning though, and a little wine and music to relax to.
Here is a pic of my back patio bar area. I just realized I am missing a ton of pics from my last pc crash.
