Hi all! I used to "dabble" years ago with a smoker/ grill and when I moved here to Iowa, I left that grill behind....now years later everyone is producing the greatest tasting meats using their smokers... So last week I dived head-first and bought a new Weber smoker (their version of the green egg) . I own a golf equipment/fitting/repair company and we host a few outings a season... I am looking forward to do my OWN cooking with the smoker at these events now..... So I look forward to learning from all of you!
