Glad to have joined up. I've been smoking for a couple of years, eating bbq for quite a few more. I'm pretty hooked on it. I have a chargriller and enjoy it very much. Favorites are ribs and brisket, and I must say I might not care too much for bbq chicken, a hotter, smoke-roast on chicken suits me better.
Last fall I took a course and became a KCBS judge, but winter was settling in and it became the end of the contest season around here so I have yet to judge a real contest.
I am originally from Wisconsin and go up there regularly to visit family and kick back with my smoker and do some fishing.
