hi mtn jerky

    hello everyone

    i just made some black pepper and garlic jerky from ground meat i did 4 pounds of it it was hi mountian jerky seasoning that i used it turned out pretty good i put in the smoker and after 2 hours i checked it still not done so i came into the house and ate dinner and started watching a movie forgot all about the smoker going after the movie i was in a panic i thought i had burned all my jerky up but it was ok i was very happy with how it turned out now i just have to keep the kid and wife out of it oh well

    you sure did get lucky, must have been a short movie!!!
