I'm new at this. done a little smokeing. Smoked some bacon last year. I got my info from this web page. It turned out Great!. Very good info.
Build me a smoker out of a old Breead warming cabnet. used a propane burner. Somke some chicken Thanksgiving to try it out. Worked great.
Just thought I'd say HI and thanks for the great info. KEEP ON SMOKEING!
