Hi everyone, I'm New here and new to smoking. I got an Oklahoma Joes Longhorn combo smoker for Fathers Day/my birthday this year.
Smoked some ribs and a chicken yesterday and I must say I impressed myself.
Hope I learn a lot from this forum.
