Hi all, Just getting started on this forum. I have a Royal Oak Electric Smoker that I have upgraded with a 1,500 watt element and is controlled by a PID. I added on the Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator yesterday and put a pork butt on early this morning for tonight. Home is close to Versailles, MO in the central part of MO. I am an avid homebrewer and usually have 6 of my beers on tap. On tap now is: Oatmeal Chocolate Stout, Rye Smile IPA, Sex in a Canoe, Helles Belles, Kolsch, and Nierra Sevada. I'm looking forward to getting new ideas about smoking.
