Hi Folks,

Jet asked me to introduce myself so here I am. My name is Joe Bryant and I live in Knoxville TN. I've been cooking on an offset Oklahoma Joes that I like for the last 5 years or so but am planning on building something bigger I can trailer.

I have 4 young kids 14-7 that keep me busy along with a wife that's way more than I deserve. I'm into boats and fantasy football.
