Hi All,
Great to be here! I'm from Iowa and have been smoking on and off for years. Have recently started making sausages (thanks to the great wife for the Xmas present!) and really want to try to figure things out on the smoking end. I just LOVE smoked garlic polish sausage. In all honesty, I'm a piker a smoking (my family usually like what I make, but deep down I know I'm just faking it), so I'm looking forward to learning from seasoned vets. Coinsider me a sponge.
