Hi,  (new to forum) luckylee542 from Warren Michigan.

Just started smoking last fall, am learning a lot on brinkman (ecb) .lot of time keeping up with the fire.

Just got a char griller akorn (love it).

My son is heavy into grilling and smoking on a Kamado Joe. Learning from him is easy(temp, woods, int temp

rubs).

   Thanks a lot
