Hi everybody

    I'm new here. I always liked smoked food and now I'm cooking it. I'm a beginner, having smoked mainly ribs in my round charcoal grill in the last year. We got a vertical brinkmann trailmaster without offset burner in clearance last month and I'm learning all I can about smoking. Thanks in advance for all the help.
