I'm new to the forum but I understand the quality of information that you guys provide.I just purchased a Bradley 4 rack, digital smoker and I would like to get some advice for smoking meat with you guys.

I'm planning on doing a garage setup.most likely with a oven hood ventilator.

if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.I try to smoke everything that I can.

if you can give me any advice about smoking indoors it would be appreciated. I used to own a king cooker smoker that was ran off of propane outdoors.

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
