Thanks to "Smoker-B" for getting me into this I can see it turning into a life long hobby. Just got my Masterbuilt last Saturday and cooked the "Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Sausage Fatty" from from "Smoking Meat" and it was pretty amazing.
First time doing a bacon weave, was easier than expected
Rolled out some ground Sausage, one is normal Morning Sausage the other is a Spicy Italian
Tossed on Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Jack, Jalapenos, Spinich Leaves, and 2 eggs on the spicy one then rolled them up
Rolled them up in the Bacon Weave
Finished Product, didn't take any during the actual smoke unfortunately
If it was this good on my first smoke i'm excited for what's to come!
