I'm Billy from south Mississippi, near the Louisiana State line. My first real job was as a broiler cook in a pretty nice restaurant. Cooking cows and pigs is still one of my favorite activities. In the past I've had an ecb and t jg en slightly fancier version. Mostly used a Weber kettle for the last dozen or so years. Now I've got a CG Akron that's got me excited about Q again.
