hey guys/gals newbie from canada

as the title says im from Manitoba Canada. I have a grill pro 16inch charcoal smoker that I need some desperate help with. I have posted a thread in the charcoal smoker forum for any of thos interested in giving me a hand that would be much appreciated. I plan on building a barrel smoker as soon as my budget cooperates with me. until then I have been doing nothing but reading on this wonderful site from smokers to tools to recipes this site truly is a one stop shop. unfortunetly im at a stand still until I can either figure this one out or build the one I know how to use.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Well I searched my smoker and unfortunately it looks like I'm smoked. There's nothing good writen about it on here. Even with mods done it aperantly still won't ever get up in heat. Guess I'll try and sell it and put the money towards my barrel smoker fund. [emoji]128533[/emoji]
