Hey - From the Space Coast of Florida

Well, I have been a lurker for quite some time and figured it was about time to introduce myself to the folks that have supplied me with so much information about the art of smoking.

I have been smoking for a couple of years using a Char-Broil Double-Door Smoker, and a few months back I built my first UDS which I like so much I am already planning another.

I want to thank all of you for all of the knowledge that you post on this forum. The information that I have read on here has allowed me to create some fine vittles for the family and friends.

I am actually smoking today if I can figure out the picture posting thing I will post some Q-view.
