Got these walmart ive cooked then before, usaully thin but still lot of fat.i cook at 250 to 275 how long shoukd they go?
Most guys smoke them like spare ribs.
I like to rub them with mustard & sprinkle Montreal Steak seasoning on them first.
Then 225 for 3 hours in smoke, 225 for 2 hours in foil with some liquid( water works fine ), 225 for 1 hour uncovered.
