Help with beef chuck boneless country style ribs

    Okay.........Chauda just delivered the "boneless" ribs.........since its chuck, like i think Bubba said they would be..............instructions please.

    Marinade? Rub? Foil? she will want med well to well, (SHAME ON HER).....

    they are a GOOD 1.5 inches thick.............EXTRA Lean...........3 of em, bout .5 lb each......

    I take it these are for Mon? And she wants them well done? Hmm, think I would inject them with something so they don't dry out too much. I liked the Italilian dressing for a marinade too. Your call. You're a smart guy, I'm sure you will figure it out...Sir.
