Supposed to take some ABT's to a friends house tonight and had them all ready to go in smoker and got called in to work. The wife can't work the smoker, so she wants to cook them in the oven. Any tips. I know, it just sounds wrong to do them in the oven, but I'm kinda behind the 8 ball right now. Need to be at friends in 2 1/2 hours.

Put them on a roasting pan or baking sheet with a rim, then into a 350F oven for about an hour until they are crispy and smelling delicious. The bacon should be brown and done to perfection. Depending on your oven and quantity in there about an hour is what it will take, maybe less. Cover them with foil in the same baking sheet once done and take them wherever they need to be. Enjoy!

Ok guys, my wife threw them in the oven at 400* for 30 min. By the time I got off work and to my friend's house there were only a couple ABT's left. My wife had saved'em for me and I'm glad she did. They turned out pretty good and everyone else liked them as well. Thanks for the help. Wish me luck on not getting called in to work while doing my fattie today.
