New guy here, been to your forum many times, great info on here, thought I should join and share some.  I'm from Buffalo, New York, been smoking since 1997.  I did strictly beef jerky for the first 10 years, now I'm on to salmon, pork, hams, cheeses, peppers, etc.  I have 2 Big Indians, front load, charbroil charcoal offset, and 2 masterbuilt 30's, new one has the window and legs.I just smoked some paprika, and hams today in fact, they're almost ready, I may try and post some pics later, anyway, looking forward to learning more about smoking!

73 CJ5!?!?  North Idaho...i'll definately be posting some pics of my 73 CJ5 for you here later today.  I purchased mine in Kansas an trau=ilered it here to Buffalo where I built it into a mild mudder.  Fiberglass body, 4" suspension lift, 33" super swampers, new saginaw steering, straight six, custom exhaust, remote oil, new top, etc.  Thanks for all the welcomes!
