Glad to hear from you. I would also look at the Masterbuilt MES 40. Awesome smoker and will do anything you need. Also check out the A-Maze-N smoker that Todd makes.

   HELLO  EVERYONE

  I'm new to the forum my name is   Anthony  I live in benson nc , me and my wife toni  are new to the smoking as of today  we have 18 lbs of bacon on cure.....I know ill enjoy talking to other people about smoking  and getting so well advice .....lol hope I don't make to many mistakes ......lokk forward to all the help I can get
