Hello everyone my name is George and I reside in Delaware. I haven't done a lot but some smoking and want to get into it more. Just bought a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. I sold the three charcoal ones I had. Wife had a stroke and I don't have the time to tend it like it needs to be. Looking forward to chatting and getting some advice. I like make the summer sausage as well and want to try other smoked meats. I have mainly done beef and venison. Smoked some shark one time a while back and some other fish that we caught on a trip in Canada. Thanks and I am looking forward  to bettering my skills with some help from you all.
