My name is Björn,

Together with my partner we run a small BBQ catering company for 3 years now by the name Wild at heart BBQ & Catering. where we cater for private and bussines party's and a lot of music events.
We are based in the south of Holland and besides that we operate a lot in Belgium and a bit in Germany.

We do not participate in competition cooking.

We work with a self build  tail gate smoker and some grill's

How does your food go down with the Germans? They are great pork eaters however I was not aware that they are renowned for their love on BBQ
 
Jup we are situated perfect and most of our competitors in Holland live up north so thats a good thing too.

The germans love bbq there are a couple of good KCBQS competions there and a good couple of caterars with "texas legend" size smokers.

Germans love meat!
