Hello, everyone
New to this forum and excited to be here and learn new things and share my knowledge. I live in Arizona but was born in Nebraska where I learned to butcher and process meats. Enjoy hunting, fishing and bbqing and smokin meats. Just purchased a Yoder ys640 with the competition wheeled base. Super excited to use this new beast and share my experiences with it. Reason I got the competition base was for portability. I camp often here in AZ and also go to the Glamis sand dunes. So looking forward to hauling it on my adventures in nature. Looking forward to chatting and learning from everyone on here.
