I'm Steve, born and raised outside of Superior, Wi. Smoking meat started as a hobby in the beginning of last summer then turned into a lifestyle, smoking anything I could get my hands on. I've made smoked turkey, chicken, beef, pork, pheasant, venison, and my personal favorite, made bacon! I just kinda jumped into it when I made a smoker for my finally project of welding school 3 years ago. Currently its a little under powered and soon its going to get a major revamp since the burner is so small and can't keep it warm enough throughout the whole thing since our temps up here seem change in the blink of an eye!
