Hello all, just stumbled across this site while searching for some smoking receipes. I'm completely new to smoking and just picked up a Masterbuilt electric smoker this afternoon. I'm eager to get started and learn as much as possible.

In my excitement, I alreadly posted a thread before posting in Roll Call. [IMG]

Any tips, etc. are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
