I've been smoking meats for a little over two years and would consider myself to be an "average" smoker - who wants to learn more. I am very pleased with the results I have produced and so are my friends and family. What more is there? My first smoker was a Char-Broil H2O smoker but I found the fire tending tedius so was on the lookout for something different. On the advice of a friend I switched to a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain series propane smoker and have been happily using that for the last 18 months.
