Hello everybody,

 I am brand new to smoking and very excited, I program and operate a waterjet which really gives me a lot of room for some very cool smoker options! I am looking forward to building my first smoker over the next few months! I am certain I will get lots of great ideas from this forum, I can't wait to share my build with you guys!
