Hi everyone,

I'm Brandy! I'm new to smokin meats. My nephew got into smoking a few years ago and I've enjoyed eating what he smokes so much so that I finally bought a smoker. I have an electric one I got off of amazon this past Christmas.

I've was a stay at home mom for almost 9 years till I entered back into the work force this past December. I'm a logistics Coordinator with Unishippers and am lucky enough to work from home.

I've smoked pork ribs the most with my smoker and I just did some chicken breast for the first time last night. They were super smokey!!

I look forward to getting to know some of you guys and becoming a better smoker.

Thanks!!

Hello Brandy and welcome to you.

Glad to have you here.

Chicken breasts super smokey.

Well if you want less smoke flavor just keep in mind how long.

you had smoke on it.

Next time give them less smoke or try a less dense smoke on them.

You might try a different kind of wood or pellets whichever you use.

Whatever you do to it, be very sure to have FUN.
