Hello from the Lowcountry!

  1. Hey ya'll...my name is Will and I'm from Charleston, SC.  I bought my 1st smoker last week and have already done chicken drums, which turned out excellent!

    I've been lurking for about a week and I've enjoyed reading others posts and experiences.  I look forward to sharing with the group and to learn more from ya'll.

    For super sunday, i'm smoking a 5lb whole chicken, italian sausage, and venison burgers!!

    Looking forward to everyone's expertise.

  3. That is one fine looking bird. Welcome to the forums. There are many others out there, but this one has a great group of peeps. They actually put up with me. Im in Laurens SC. I come to chareston every now and again for the cisco food show.

    Charleston is one of our very favorite places. We honeymooned there 14 years ago last week.
