Well since I've been told twice now I won't stall any longer. Hello all from Northern Minnesota. We're having a bit of a heat wave, 40*, so the snow's melting and I'm trying out my new smoker. Santa was good to me and brought an electric Smoke Hollow smoker. I'm new to smoking but grill about 3-4 times a week year 'round. I use a charcoal weber kettle grill at home and a basic Char-grill propane grill at work. (I know, cool boss!) I'm excited to get into slow and low cooking. There's nothing like sitting around the fire and watching meat cook while having a cold beverage. Well, I'm sure I'll have more questions for everyone soon. Ok, here's a quick starter question. I've heard hard boiled eggs were great smoked. Anyone try one?
