Greetings to you all! My name is Tyler and live in NW Mn. I am by all means no competition smoker but have been refining my smoking skills the past few yr. I have a MES 30 and love it. I enjoy cooking and having garage parties with friends and using them as my testers. Sometimes it turns out great and sometimes it's ok ( but always edible...ha). Ribs, chickens, and pulled pork seem to be the most requested when I smoke. I also enjoy processing my own wild game, recently 2 friends and I stared bypassing the locker plant completely and processing all our own. Typically we make b-fast sausage, sticks, summer sausage, bacon burger patties, jerky.

I look forward to this site and always looking for new and better recipes and ways!
Thank you to all... Tyler

Excuse me if I smile at your description of frozen tundra as I live in the Canadian Rockies.

Sounds like you have been smoking for a while. I only started smoking last year so I look forward to your posts.
