I'm Jimi, I'll be 28 tomorrow (April 16th)

I love to grill and smoke...currently I use an older type of smoker. Shaped like R2D2. Does not have a temperature gauge on it, which makes it more of a challenge but a fun one!

We don't need no stinkin' gauges, hi jimi welcome to the site.  When I'm smoking on my weber grill I put an oven thermo on the grate to keep track of temps.  Good luck and good smokin.

Welcome Jimi and happy birthday!  My WSM looks like an R2D2 and it would be mad if I called her old!  My Q quality has gone way up with the addition of my Maverick thermometer.  I can monitor meat temp and smoker temp at the same time with great accuracy!  I need my stinking gauges. Glad you joined us.
