Thanks. I want to smoke something fairly easy today...thinking pork ribs and sausage. Have not tried this before, any pointers? What is the standard for smoking ribs and/or sausage?

Okay, jumped into it and have two racks of pork ribs and baurts on smoker. Trying a new rib rub and smoking with Mesquite wood this time.
