Just joined and already learning from many of you.  Been a hunter and fisherman since I was 12 years and now I'm 50...  Got a few hogs and lots of deer in the freezer.  Been smoking on a small smoker and my wife bought me a new Masterbuilt 40 inch elect.  Did my first Hog backstrap and it turned out really great.  Looking for more tips on pork and deer.  My family loves wild meat and I can't wait to read more.
