Hello! My name is Grant and I live in Knoxville, TN. I've been starting to learn about smoking meat for about a year and have really enjoyed it! I have a ECB that I've had for almost 20 yrs but didn't really use until the last year. I've made a couple of mods so far. I've put legs on the charcoal pan and drilled a number of additional holes for ventilation but I haven't done anything to be able to close up the holes on the bottom. I really appreciate you guys sharing your knowledge and experience!
