Just joined up to web site, it is a great source!
I live on a mountain , love the outdoors! Like to use my lang 36 hybrid patio deluxe reverse smoker.

I am kinda new to the reverse smoking but so far I like it. I like to try different meats, rubs, sauces . I guess we all do . Love grilled veggies also.
There really isn't anything I have tried yet that I didn't like on the grill/smoker.
Thank you for all the good info on here, it will be fun seeing what I can come up with!
