Hello from South Louisiana

  1. Hey, I have been coming here to read for quite a while and decided to join. I have been smoking all kinds of meats in all types of smokers for about 30 years.Right now I am using two MES 40's and a grill/smoke box combo. I enjoy making sausage and jerky also and always trying new things. Looking forward to the camaraderie!
