Just thought I'd drop a quick line. I've done a little smoking over the past couple of years, and due to extreme peer pressure (from my neighbors), I'll be forced to increasing my smoking this summer. So, I'm kind of a beginner although it's been going well. I've done a lot of pork ribs, a few briskets, chicken (awesome!) and some jalepenos.
I've got a Bradley electric 4 rack (ohhhh....I can hear the boos and hisses now!) I know....it's kind of like having a microwave in a 5 star restaraunt. But it's working for me and I love it.
Anyway, I've got a good size gig going on this weekend - about 4 racks of pork ribs on request of the 'hood where I live. I'll try to get some shots so you can see.
